Dorotka vs cancer

Nothing makes me more happy than being able to make the world a better place or just helping someone.
My 28th birthday is coming: on this occasion, please help me contribute to saving life of this little girl.
Little Dorothy has been fighting cancer (neuroblastoma,stage 4) since 2013. Her treatment is very expensive and unfortunately did not lead to Dorothy's recovery so far. Her last chance is a costly therapy in Germany.
Dorotka and her parents need your help much more than I need any b-day present. I would appreciate a lot if you could donate a couple of zlotys to help her fight with the terrible cancer.
