42km for Ukraine
The money box was created on the initiative of the Organizer who is responsible for its content.
They say stepping out of your comfort zone helps you to grow as a person. But that's not always the case...on February 24th the comfort zone of millions of Ukrainian people was forcefully taken away from them.
I want to help. On April 24th I will be going outside of my comfort zone by running (or trying to run...) my first marathon with the goal of raising money to support Ukrainians in need. If you'd like to support me with this, please contribute and spread the message. All donations will go to https://www.siepomaga.pl/en/ukraina (opens a new tab), supporting organizations and volunteers by allocating resources where they are most needed.
The image below is a mural from Polish artist Piotr Pałka (opens a new tab) created as a response to the horrific events taking place in Ukraine. It portrays a little girl dressed as a superhero in the national colors of Ukraine showing a gesture of power. Incredibly moving in the light of the recent findings...
