Support Agnieszka in her CANCER battle!

Not long ago, our lives were predictable. Agnieszka was the heart of our family—an energetic mother, having a career, always supportive and selfless. Who knew her world would fall apart in the blink of an eye? On a cold, winter day, with a sudden and terrifying epileptic seizure? After that, everything happened so fast…

After sitting and waiting in hospital corridors for hours, paralyzed with fear, we finally heard a diagnosis that sounded like a sentence - brain cancer. Since then, every day has been a race against time. We’ve been dreaming of having our previous, normal life back. Although the surgery was performed immediately, it only marked our first step on the journey to recovery, filled with pain, fear, and questions without answers. 

Agnieszka has been undergoing an exhausting treatment that puts her body to the test, and doesn’t guarantee the expected results.  As her husband, I am trying to stay strong for both of us, although words cannot describe how scared I am. The hardest part, though, is seeing immense, silent hope in our children’s eyes. We’re not just some medical case or a statistic. We are a family on the edge of a precipice, trying to survive. 

An expensive, cutting-edge cancer therapy is our light at the end of the tunnel; however, it exceeds our financial capabilities. After the insurance-covered treatment, we want to provide Agnieszka with additional, specialized therapy. We don’t know the name of it yet - it all depends on the doctor’s directions and Agnieszka’s test results. 

For many years, Agnieszka helped others find a new meaning and motivation in life. Today, she is the one who needs your support and presence, reassuring her she’s not alone. This fundraiser is so much more than just an appeal for donations. It’s a call to give her a chance to remain a mother and a wife.
