Dear son, we will never stop fighting for you!
Fundraiser goal: Treatment and rehabilitation
Fundraiser goal: Treatment and rehabilitation
Fundraiser description
He has clubfoot, retrognathia, spasticity, a high-arched palate, and most likely a vision defect. We feel like there's more. Despite that, we pray there isn't and for the present symptoms and defects to get milder.
Our son had to stay in the hospital after he was born.
Initially, we couldn't take him home. However, after a while, a miracle happened. His health improved! Now he has been kept under the medical supervision of a home hospice. We are doing our best! Unfortunately, the rehabilitation covered by insurance can take place only twice a week, which is insufficient since Antoś requires daily therapy.

His breathing is supported with a ventilator. We remove it three times a day for three hours to let the lungs do the job. Our son is handling it well! It hasn't always been this way, though. Only 1,5 months ago, the consequences of being put off the ventilator for 5 minutes were terrible!
Due to respiratory failure, Antoś requires medical transportation for doctor's appointments and physical therapy. Its costs are enormous, and we cannot afford it.
Lately, we have been concerned about his vision impairment, and we would like to have him examined in Warsaw. Unfortunately, it would be too risky due to his unstable health condition.

The vision impairment is progressing and might cause blindness if untreated. We must act now by providing Antoś with one thing that makes him stronger and improves his condition - daily rehabilitation.
We are also parents to 2.5-year-old Leo, 11-year-old Kacper, and 16-year-old Sebastian. We had one more son, Oscar, who died one day after his first birthday due to a disability. We believe he's in heaven, keeping his fingers crossed for Antoś recovery.
Unfortunately, we cannot afford further expensive treatment, especially rehabilitation. Although we are struggling, we are also trying to stay positive. We hope your donations to our fundraiser will let us fight for what's most valuable to us - our son's life!
Thank you all for your support!
