Two brothers – the same CRUEL DIAGNOSIS❗️Help them overcome the PAIN!

It is so unfair that fate took away so much from our sons and that it happened at the beginning of their lives! They cannot enjoy their childhood and have to face GREAT SUFFERING! Now we are trying to do whatever we can so they can be able-bodies and pain-free. Unfortunately, the road ahead of us is long...

We encountered the problem of clubfoot for the first time in 2011 when our first on, Filip, was born. We were devastated! On his first day of life, his legs had to be put in a cast! We knew that we could not wait for a miracle. When we left the hospital, we started fighting for Filip’s physical health!

Unfortunately, despite the fact that we took many actions, he had to undergo surgery! It was extremely painful and invasive. His feet had to be cut and open and special pins were placed inside. After the procedure, Filip had been recovering for a long time, and there is an awful scarring. Unfortunately, despite this suffering and many years that have passed, our son is still affected by this surgery! He experiences great pain, valgus and flat feet! 

In 2019 our second son was born before the due date. His first moments in this world were a FIGHT FOR LIFE! He weighted less than 2 kilograms and had to remain in an incubator. But his problems did not stop at that! It turned out that, similarly to Filip, Leon also had congenital clubfoot! We could not believe that fate wrote the same scenario for us again!

When his health condition improved enough, we started similar treatment as in the case of our older son. First, there was a plaster cast, then we used Mitchell boots with a bar. At the same, we continued the treatment in Poland and consulted a specialist from a clinic in Vienna. We thought that everything goes according to plan, but the history repeated itself!

It turned out that the treatment plan was not effective enough and that surgery is necessary! We were devastated! Up to this moment, we were doing everything to save Leon from this painful procedure, the same one that Filip had to endure years ago! We used orthosis and special exercise, but to no avail!

Filip can undergo this procedure in Vienna. The method applied by the doctors there is less invasive and less painful, which will allow Leon to recover sooner! For this reason, we want to take this opportunity!

We are in a very difficult situation and we have to help both our sons. Leoś needs an urgent orthopaedic surgery and Filip needs further diagnostics. Both of them are under the supervision of specialists and continue rehabilitation. 

Our dream is for our sons to stop feeling this EXTREME PAIN! But there is a long road ahead of us and an expensive fight for their health! Until now, we had been trying to do it on our own, but we need support! Please, help us!
