Doctors found a new tumor in the eye. The therapy cannot be stopped

After the second consultation in Switzerland, it turned out that a new tumor appeared in the left eye, on which intravitreal chemotherapy was applied - a few more cycles of intravitreal chemotherapy are needed to neutralize the tumor.

Knowing that Brunio is under the care of one of the best specialists in the world, we decided to continue the treatment in Switzerland, which unfortunately is very expensive. As parents, we want to do everything we can to save Brunio's left eye vision, but without you, we will not be able to make it financially. That is why we are asking you for help in the fight for health and better life of our Little Warrior!

Brunio was born in September 2020. In February 2021, our world collapsed when Brunio was diagnosed with a malignant tumor of the retina - binocular retinoblastoma (retinoblastoma). Since then, Brunio has undergone a total of 6 cycles of intra-arterial chemotherapy, 3 cycles of intravitreal chemotherapy and numerous cryotherapy treatments.

Brunio's eyesight struggle may continue for the next 5 years, as new tumors may continue to appear during this time. According to doctors, he can see today in the left eye and very poorly in the right eye, but we will find out about the actual state of vision when he begins to understand and describe the world around him in his own words.

During the last follow-up visit, it turned out that the left eye was attacked again, which made us seek help from the best specialists in the world. We consider treatment in Poland and abroad. After the first consultations, we know that we have to prepare for huge expenses. Each consultation, therapy and long-term rehabilitation can be very costly. We must prepare for any eventuality. We are able to do everything, but we cannot do it alone. We must ask for support and help so as not to lose our only opportunity to get help at a critical moment.
