Daria has the most aggressive childhood cancer — stage IV neuroblastoma. The tumor found in her body was 11 centimeters in size! Our daughter is only 1 year and 8 months old… We beg you, she has to live!
To save our daughter, we sold our apartment, our car — everything we had — and flew to a foreign country in the hope that they would help us there. Our older daughter stayed at home, under her grandmother’s care. In our country, Kazakhstan, there is no high-quality medical care. Daria’s grandfather died of cancer four years ago because he did not have access to the most modern treatment methods…
We have been in Korea since August 14. Our daughter has completed four cycles of chemotherapy. Unfortunately, the side effects of the treatment turned out to be cruel… First, she developed pneumonia caused by cytomegalovirus. Her condition was so severe that doctors decided to transfer her to the ICU! And on December 11, we almost lost her… She went into cardiac arrest… Her heart could no longer cope… She was saved by a miracle!
Currently, Daria has sepsis and kidney problems. All of this is a consequence of the treatment. Due to our daughter’s extremely weak immune system, we cannot even enter her room! She is there completely alone, covered in needle marks… There is no place left to insert another needle. She keeps developing infections caused by the catheters. Doctors have decided to try to remove the central venous catheter and stop dialysis. It is unknown whether her body will be able to withstand this…
Please help us save her! Our funds have been completely exhausted, and the treatment must continue without interruption! The costs are enormous, but as parents we must do everything to save our child. Who in such a situation wouldn’t fight for their beloved little one? Please help!
