Fundraiser description
It was an accident... I slipped, fell down...and screamed in pain. As a result of this accident, my knee was injured and patella dislocated. I was in so much pain that I could not get up. I could not even reach for my mobile phone!
Fortunately, one of my neighbours heard the noise and called an ambulance... I was transported to hospital where doctors ordered imaging tests. After the test, the doctor diagnosed lateral patellar dislocation.
I underwent the reduction of joint dislocation procedure so the dislocated bone could be repositioned. Then, it was stabilised, to make recovery possible. I received prescription for pain killers and anti-inflammatory medicines and I had to pay for them myself.
The doctor recommended regular check-ups to monitor the recovery, as well as rest and rehabilitation. I also had to buy crutches as they are necessary for me to be able to move around.
I came to Poland to help my family and now the situation is reversed – I am the source of expenses. Private medical care, doctors’ appointments, medicines, rehabilitation and everyday medical needs generate expenses which I cannot cover on my own.
The accident has seriously influenced my professional life. Fortunately, my employer allowed me to work remotely but my working hours are reduced to only 4. This allows me to cover the most immediate needs but my current earnings are not enough to pay he bills for treatment and rehabilitation.

Because of this unexpected accident in a foreign county, I am in a very difficult financial and health situation. My greatest dream is to recover and be able to work full-time, support myself and help others. Each donation brings me closer to this goal and helps me survive the most difficult recovery time.
I believe in the goodness of people and I am very grateful for help!
