Dear Friends,
Maja (from Poznań, Poland) was born with incredibly rare and complex heart condition and there's only one person in the world who can help her – dr Hanley from Stanford, CA, USA. She's been already admitted to Stanford for the life-saving surgery (Pulmonary Artery Reconstruction), but the amount of money seems unachievable. Doctors in Poland managed to buy her some more time with an emergency surgery, but there isn't much time left...
Sweet Maja is the same age as my Diana... Without help from complete strangers like Me and You, she will face death soon.
