Cancer cannot win❗️I want to be with my family and watch my granddaughter grow up!

Grażyna is my beloved mother and a grandmother of a 13-year-old girl. She has been always taking care of her health and went for regular check-ups. Unfortunately, it did not save her from this cruel diagnosis... In 2020, mum was diagnosed with BREAST CANCER!

A surgery was necessary to remove the tumour but it soon turned out that there are metastases in the lymphatic nodes. After another surgery, mum had to go through physically demanding chemo- and radiotherapy. The weight was lifted from our shoulders for some time.

Unfortunately, after a long treatment and peaceful periods, the disease is back, and this time it is more aggressive, with metastases. The cancer has spread throughout the internal organs and currently, my mum is a shadow of her former self – she lost weight and does not have enough strength for daily activities. Despite the fear and uncertainty, we do not lose our faith and hope.

Currently, mum is on chemotherapy which is reimbursed and undergoes complementary therapy which is non-reimbursable. Aggressive disease and treatment have weakened the body and for this reason, infusions improving immunity, as well as additional medicines and supplements are necessary. We need funds for communing to the doctor’s appointments. The expenses are too high for our family.

I am asking for help for my mum with all my heart! I believe that with your support she will be able to continue the treatment, stay with her family and watch her granddaughter growing up!
