Until recently, Dominika was able to enjoy a happy life. She was realizing her dream job in the police department and was actively involved in the volunteer fire department. She consistently pursued her plans for the future. Then a tragic accident happened that took away her life so far....

Exactly on November 18, 2022, Dominika suffered an unfortunate accident. She fell out of a window located on the third floor. Death looked right into her eyes! Fortunately, a medical team quickly arrived on the scene and transported her to the hospital. It was a race against time for her life - there was not a moment to lose!

The injuries she sustained were horrific. Dominika suffered multiple organ injuries including a serious intracranial injury. Doctors informed us that the next three days were crucial and prepared for the worst. We persisted in prayer, dreaming that it would all turn out to be just a cruel nightmare. We could not comprehend what had happened. After all, just a moment ago, Domi was a healthy woman, and now she was fighting for life!

For a long time Dominika was in a coma in the ICU, with a ventilator controlling her every breath. We were incredibly afraid that she would never wake up again. She, however, fought every day. In December, she was able to transition to independent breathing, and by the end of January she was transported to the Wake Clinic.

Over time, Dominica began to awaken and regain consciousness. We could not hide our emotions. She proved to everyone how strong a woman she was and that cruel fate would not play games with her. With each passing day she regained another piece of her coveted fitness. This was accompanied more than once by moments of doubt and tears of suffering, but fortunately she persevered!

Today she is already at home, but this is not the end of her incredibly bumpy road to her goal of fitness. Dominika requires daily and constant rehabilitation, and she can get such at a private clinic.

Unfortunately, the costs associated with her stay and therapy are very high and we are not able to cover them ourselves. Providing Domi with the best possible care is our priority, but we know we can't do it alone. That is why we wholeheartedly ask for your help! We know that only with your support Dominika will return to full fitness!
