So that the consequences of a tragic accident do not cross Emilka's future!

On 14th August 2021, my 5-year-old daughter was in a serious car accident! The head injuries she
suffered were very serious... We are still struggling with the effects to this day!

Emilka's brain was damaged in the frontal, parietal and temporal lobes. She underwent 4
trepanations of the skull. On the day of the accident she only got 3 points on the Glasgow scale. She
was put into a coma for 7 days...

At that time, the doctors did what they could to save her life, although she did not have much of a
chance. She was in a critical condition, we were told to prepare for the worst... I prayed, sitting by
my beloved daughter's bedside, day and night, without interruption.

My heart broke as I looked at her she was so motionless, without a smile, unaware of what was
happening around her. But deep down, I believed it wasn't her time yet.

I was told that even if Emilka survives, she would not be the same, that she might not walk, not
speak, be mentally disabled. It didn't matter to me then. The most important thing was that she
would be alive!

Emilka surprised everyone, it was a miracle we witnessed. After waking up from the coma, my child
was learning to eat, talk, move, explore the world again, and finally stand up and walk.

After many surgeries, 6 months in the hospital, Emilka is recovering, but she has many years of
rehabilitation ahead of her.

Emilka has got her life, a little different, new and she still can't find herself in it, but as a mother I will
do everything in my power to help her.

My daughter has to attend to rehabilitation camps every 4 months, unfortunately, the cost of one is
about PLN 15,000. zloty. In addition, she has 5 rehab sessions per week as she needs to be
stimulated all the time. Only then the camp sessions make sense.

It's hard for me to save such money... Only owing to your help and support, Emilka has a chance to
recover and live a normal life in the future.

Just as I once asked her to survive, now I am begging for any financial help. Every little amount, even
PLN 1, will help a lot.
