Our son has to cope with severe pain each day! Please, help Franek!

Franio is our wonderful son who brightens our days with his presence. Unfortunately, despite his young age, he has been through so much... Since the first moments of his life, he has been fighting for his health, mobility and independence. However, it is not easy... Although, as parents, we support him with all our strength, now we need your help!

Our son was born 6 weeks too soon. At first, he seemed to be a healthy child as nothing indicated otherwise! Unfortunately, the reality was different... After further medical tests we learned that he had experienced hypoxia at birth which led to cerebral palsy!

Although he has been under the care of many specialists and we continue rehabilitation, we still face many challenges. Franio cannot talk, walk or even sit on his own. Currently, pain is our greatest opponent and it is growing stronger! Our son is growing fast and it causes more issues. His muscles cannot keep up and he experiences contractures.

Because of the pain, Franio cannot sleep properly and it impacts his epilepsy episodes which, in his case, are life-threatening. Currently, only a very expensive therapy allows us to ease these episodes. However, we are constantly anxious that something bad can happen to our child!

We are very grateful that through so many years our son has experienced so much good. But there are new challenges ahead of us. Due to the symptoms that are getting stronger, he needs rehabilitation and specialist visits more often, we also need specialist equipment for our son, including a new active wheelchair. This is the only way to help him!

Our greatest desire is that our child simply does not suffer. We would like our son to make progress and be happy each day. But he needs constant medical care which is very expensive. To be blunt, we will not make it without your help. For this reason, as parents, we are asking you - help us fight for a better tomorrow for Franek!
