Instead of a B-day party ;)

The money box was created on the initiative of the Organizer who is responsible for its content.

Dear all,
Just like you, I am getting older. Next week I will be 30. Turning from "twenty + something" into "thirty + something" is of course bit strange, but, on the other hand, I feel so good right now, much better than I was younger. I'm finishing my book. I live in a peaceful & safe & affluent part of the world. I have a marvellous family (3 generations, in May: 4 generations! woohoo! :D) & friends I can rely on. Last but not least, I look much better than 5 years ago. So, in fact I like getting older. :)
Since I have a deadline in few weeks, I'm not making a B-day party this year. Instead, I'll invite you for a drink next time when we meet & go out. But I will ask you for one small favour: could you support with 2-5 EUR the Polish Humanitarian Organization (PAH)? I worked there as I volunteer I and I can assure you that those guys make things right. They are active in Syria, Somalia, Palestine, and Sudan. They deal with the most trivial (aka: important) aspects of human existence: baking bread, taking care of water supplies and sanitary systems. They help refugees and repatriants (they taught me that the naive paternalism towards refugees is the worst attitude ever; those people are damn adults!). Anyway, I will be very happy if my big day will be a good day for the PAH as well.
As I like gambling, there is another point: the highest donation will be rewarded with a bottle of delicious Hungarian tokaji aszú, 5 puttonyos (something like sauternes, but better^^). And a dinner with foie gras, why not?
Hugs,
OlenKa
