The disease progresses at an alarming rate. Only exercise can slow down its symptoms! Help!

I was a hospital nurse for 26 years. I chose the profession by vocation, and helping others always filled me with pride. I never thought that I would be on the other side, that I would need help someday. However, ten years ago I heard a terrible diagnosis. I have multiple sclerosis, which manifests me with paresis of the right side of the body and imbalances.

I was addicted to other people and I need constant care. Due to the rapid progression of the disease, it is getting harder for me lately. Even the simplest activities are starting to cause me difficulties. There is no cure for multiple sclerosis, and to slow down the progressive symptoms, all that remains is continuous rehabilitation.

I wasn't used to asking for help because I was always the one helping others. However, I am in a situation where I have no other choice. Although, If I still want to be slightly functional and independent, I should be rehabilitated. Unfortunately, sessions with a physiotherapist cost a lot. With all my heart I am asking for help in paying for the rehabilitation camp. I thank all people of a good and big heart for their support.
