CRITICALLY URGENT: We have three weeks to raise the funds and save Hubert❗️Help❗️

I am cradling my 2-year-old son in my arms, clueless about the future, and asking myself, is the disease going to take his life? All I know is that I cannot give up. I won't let DEATH win - I must try every possible way to keep my boy alive! 

The early symptoms were unnoticeable. Then, one day, I saw an unusual flash in Hubert's eye. I was concerned and took him to the eye doctor. During the examination, I saw the dismay on the doctor's face. She said that Hubert had a 2 cm large tumor of the size of his eye…

My world fell apart. That day, fear and resentment took over. A long time passed until I acknowledged the horrifying facts. I will remember November 6 for the rest of my life!  

Further tests confirmed the diagnosis - retinoblastoma, a Group E eye cancer, which is hard to treat and gives almost no chance of saving the eye! It can also spread to the brain, bones, skull, and liver, and when it does, it basically means a death sentence. 

Words cannot describe how bad I have been feeling since the diagnosis. I cry all the time, trying to accept and grasp the fact that my little son has cancer. It's too hard, though. However, I keep telling myself that I must stay strong to fight for my son's recovery. After all, hope dies last!  

Hubert has been undergoing chemotherapy, which, according to the doctors, might be ineffective due to the advanced cancer stage. There is little chance of saving both his eye and sight in Poland. 

Since I learned about my son's disease, I've been searching for treatment solutions all over the world. When I read stories similar to Hubert's, I came across the one that gave me a ray of hope.

Hubert can undergo cancer therapy in New York! Under one condition, though - it must be started within three weeks! It is the only cancer center in the world that can help us save Hubert's eye and life! Unfortunately, the months-long treatment costs ca. 1.5 million zlotys!
