IG for Amelia
The money box was created on the initiative of the Organizer who is responsible for its content.
Dear IG co-workers,
here you can literally send your support to Amelia. Please use THIS "skarbonka" (sub-fund raise) for paying for the items you bought during our sales actions in the office and the auctions you won at our annual party in January 2023. Always mention in a comment, what your paying for. Unless you bought something, simply write "support".
Remember, IG is making a double match of the funds gathered here, so any grosz is counting TWICE.
A few words about Amelia in EN:
Amelia was born in September 2020. She was supposed to be born a healthy baby girl, but from the first hours of life the first problems began to appear. Initially, a diagnosis of microcephaly was made, but the following months showed that this was not the end. Due to large brain lesions, drug-resistant epilepsy, increased muscle tension, nystagmus and astigmatism also appeared.
Today Amelia has a diagnosis - cerebral palsy with spastic tetraparesis. At the age of two, Amelka does not turn on her tummy, does not sit up and still has not mastered head control.
Despite the significant psychomotor delay, Amelia is striving for her dexterity with small steps. Behind every step of her development, emotional as well as motoric, there is intensive rehabilitation, constant care by specialists such as a neurologist, speech therapist, physiotherapist, osteopath, ophthalmologist and neurologist... these are huge costs.
Added to this are the expenses for rehabilitation holidays, specialised equipment such as a wheelchair, orthoses, and the list will get much longer with time.
All funds accumulated in the money box were transferred
