My name is Iwona. I will turn 33 this year. I have a wonderful son, a fiancé with whom I am planning a wedding, a wonderful family and friends. I also have a malignant tumor that is trying to destroy my life in which I have already been through a lot. Please, stop for a moment, read my appeal and give me a chance to live...

She is raising her son, Kacper, who is 15 years old. He has always been the most important to me. He lost his dad when he was a few years old ... I can't imagine that I would be missing in his life too. We are so close, we spend a lot of time together. My fiancé helps me take care of Kacper. In June this year we would like to get married… Will I make it?

Even though I am quite young, I have suffered a lot in my life. I have been struggling with endometriosis since 2017. It is a terrible disease causing unbearable pain. I was unable to function normally. Suddenly there was hope for a normal life. It was an operation in a private clinic, the cost of which was PLN 25,000. I underwent surgery, thanks to which I started living again - without pain!

I regained the meaning of life. I was happy and fulfilled again. It didn't last long... In 2020, I felt that something bad was happening again. My whole body ached and I was sent from doctor to doctor. I fought for two years for a diagnosis that turned out to be tragic!

I heard the verdict - a tumor of the right adrenal gland, 16 cm. My world fell apart for me, but I decided to fight anyway. On July 11, 2022, I underwent surgery to remove the tumor, lymph nodes and right adrenal gland. I believed it would only get better. However, histopathological examinations were not kind to me.

Lymph node metastases were diagnosed and I heard additional, very bitter words: “Unfortunately, you are very unlucky. It's childhood cancer, neuroblastoma…”. At this point, I know that the whole stomach is infected, we are waiting for information on where exactly the monster is located ...

Unfortunately, in Poland, the only method of treatment they offer me is chemotherapy. I decided to look for another treatment and hoped for therapy in Barcelona. It is very effective, but beyond my financial capabilities. And I really want to live!

I am asking for help with all my heart. Each - even the smallest payment - is on the weight of life ... And I have someone to live for!
