Who can create a fundraiser or a sub-account?
Any person who is sick, needs support, and has a proof of disability or another document confirming the diagnosis, can create a fundraiser or sub-account in the Siepomaga Foundation. This can be both an adult and a child, who can be submitted by a parent. To set up a fundraiser or sub-account, fill out the application form. You can also contact the Siepomaga Foundation by sending an email to siepomaga@siepomaga.pl or by calling the hotline at +48 61 278 77 88.
What documents are required to create a fundraiser or sub-account?
To create a fundraiser or sub-account, all you need is a discharge from hospital, medical certificate, or proof of disability.
How long does it take to create a fundraiser or a sub-account?
The process of creating a fundraiser or sub-account is quick. We receive your application immediately, and your fundraiser or sub-account is activated the next business day.
Do I need to pay for running a fundraiser?
You are not charged with any fees! The fundraiser is set to collect the amount you need, and is increased by the donation to the Siepomaga Foundation which covers the fundraiser-related costs and the foundation's statutory objectives.
Do I need to pay for maintaining a sub-account?
You can open a free sub-account in the Siepomaga Foundation. 94% of the donations are transferred to you, and the remaining 6% is a donation to the Siepomaga Foundation.
The entire amount from 1.5% of tax goes directly to your sub-account.
Is it necessary to achieve 100% of the fundraising goal to access the funds?
No, you cannot use the raised funds right away.

What can I use the raised funds for?
Beneficiaries of the Siepomaga Foundation can use the raised funds for medical and similar purposes. You can also change or expand the purpose of the fundraiser at any time, adjusting it to your current needs. Additionally, thanks to the funds from the sub-account and 1,5% of tax, you can apply for the Monthly Support from Siepomaga, receiving 2800 PLN monthly to your bank account, regardless of invoice settlement. You can use this support to cover any unpredictable expenses.
What is the deadline for submitting an invoice issued for treatment in order to receive a refund?
You can receive a refund for treatment invoices as soon as you become the Beneficiary of the Foundation, up to 6 years after issue date. In case of any questions, we encourage you to contact the Siepomaga Foundation directly. We will provide you with further information.
Do you settle invoices related to the purchase of fuel or bus/tram/train tickets to the medical facility?
Yes, the Foundation settles fuel and ticket expenses to provide safe and comfortable transportation during the treatment.

You don't need a fundraiser to receive help from the Siepomaga Foundation. You can open a sub-account and raise 1.5% of tax and funds. A sub-account allows you to organize a fundraiser at any time.
