CRITICALLY URGENT! A mother calls for help!
My child is dying. All I can do is stay by his side! There's another chemo to undergo... Once again, I must watch the toxin flow into my little son's body drop by drop. Even though I know this is the only solution, I'm still scared.
The latest chemo cycle took its toll on Chris's body, causing multiple side effects - fever, hypotension, infection, hair loss, and even heart murmurs!
He hasn't recovered from the previous treatment yet, and another one is ahead of him! The doctors have warned us it might get worse this time.
Every day I'm scared. When your child is terminally ill, you never know what tomorrow will bring. Before falling asleep, I look at my son, wondering how many evenings we have left.
Chris still has many stages of treatment to go through. But first, the chemotherapy must become effective. And what's most important - we must raise the necessary funds.
As a mother, I am begging you - please help me save my child!
Do not let me watch him die!

These are expensive therapies! Treatment in Barcelona is the last resort!!!
Please help us save our son!

We are begging for your support!
Last year, our family faced an enormous tragedy. In November 2021, our cousin's one-year-old son Szymon was diagnosed with a malignant rhabdoid tumor (MRT). Dreading for his life, we united to support Szymon's parents. Unfortunately, the MRT monster was malignant and drug-resistant. Szymon lost the battle with cancer at 18 months, despite having undergone chemo and numerous surgeries ;(

Our entire family was in mourning. We thought nothing worse would ever happen to us... Meanwhile, merely six months later, another tragedy fell on us!
We are young parents to a 4-year-old Dagmara and 1.5-year-old Chris.
We lived peacefully in a small town near Stargard. Our children were healthy, happy, and carefree.
At the end of June, Chris developed a fever that persisted. I suspected teething, but keeping in mind the tragic death of Szymon,
I decided to have Chris examined. He was put on antibiotics, followed by another three antibiotics... It wasn't until the symptoms would maintain and Chris became limp when I held him in my arms that the doctors finally decided to perform a blood test.
The results showed acute anemia and possibly leukemia!
We rushed to the hospital in Szczecin, where Chris underwent a blood transfusion required due to poor blood test results!
I could not believe it! I was paralyzed with fear. The worst was yet to come, though. An ultrasound showed a large tumor in his abdomen, so he had to be transferred from a hematology unit to an oncology unit... The same one Szymon had visited six months earlier! It crushed me... I was dazed by fear because I remembered little Szymon's battle with cancer and the hell he had gone through. I was afraid that Chris might have had the same type of incurable cancer and would have shared the same fate as his cousin :(
Chris was in critical condition, so the doctors decided he should start chemotherapy, not knowing the specific type of cancer he had had. Meanwhile, thorough diagnostic tests were performed. It turned out that Chris had a 9x6x9 cm tumor originating from the right adrenal gland, infiltrated to the liver and the right kidney, surrounding the descending aorta, that spread to lymph nodes, bone marrow, and skull. We received a diagnosis - STAGE 4 NEUROBLASTOMA.
On the one hand, we felt relieved that Chris had a different type of cancer. On the other hand, I couldn't believe my child had been suffering from such a terrible disease. I would have given up everything to take over his pain :(
Knowing the diagnosis, we could implement a proper treatment.
Chris undergoes chemo every ten days and has had four cycles already.
The pain has stopped. The tumor shrunk from 9 to 5 cm and is not surrounding the aorta anymore!!! It gave us great hope for Chris's recovery!

We felt such joy! It didn't last long, though...
The tumor genetic test (MYCN amplification study) result showed MYCN gene amplification. Due to our son's age and cancer stage, he's in a high-risk group with and low survival rate. A relapse is practically a death sentence.
Unfortunately, the cost of treatment abroad is unbelievably high, and we cannot afford it. We need 2 million zlotys!!!
It is why we decided to create a fundraiser and ask you for help.
Are we going to raise the required amount on time? We must have faith and do our best to save our little son! The vaccine has already helped so many children with neuroblastoma, so money cannot stand in our way!
We would never forgive ourselves if it did.
We are begging good-hearted people to share our story with friends! We would appreciate any donation! Stay with us - please!!!
