Our little girl has to fight for her life ! Give Maja a chance!

We have tried for a child long. It was our biggest dream. We finally got on the day when it became a miracle. Our hearts have filled joy and happiness. Unfortunately not for long. In 21 week pregnant during an ultrasound II trimester, we heard that Maja's heart is not built as it should. 

We were referred to further diagnosis on the ECHO of the fetal heart to Warsaw. Unfortunately , the diagnosis confirmed and sounded like a judgment : a critical heart defect HLHS - a team of underdevelopment of the left heart of the chamber , valves , aorta Our little girl will be born with half a heart. 

The great joy of the long-awaited pregnancy has replaced even greater despair, pain, helplessness and fear. Ocean of the fear for our child's life . As long as Maja is under my heart , she is safe, she is alive, but after giving birth she will start fighting. In order to have a chance to need surgery on her heart, 3-stage,complicated and high risk-faced adjustment.

After many consultations, we decided to turn Maja's life into the hands of the best child cardiac surgeon-Professor Edward Malec and his great team from the Children's Cardiosurgery Clinic,  Surgery Of Congenital Heart Defects of  the Universitätsklinikum in Münster. Our baby girl must be born in a place where she will be treated. With her first breath, the fight for her life will begin. Maja will immediately receive a drug that will allow our Warrior to survive the first few days until the first surgery. 

However, so that all this can be possible we need Your help. The costs of the first stage of treatment at the Münster Clinic are over EUR 90 000 and we are not able to raise this amount ourselves. WE have to be in the clinic in mid-April. The time has been very little, which is why we ask You to help raise this huge amount. Let Maja live , let's give her some of our hearts.
