The disease impairs my mobility but I have to fight for my daughter’s sake! Please, help me.

I never expected that something so horrible would happen to me. In 2024, I was at a hospital because my daughter had a surgery and I wanted to support her. After some time, I started feeling under the weather, there was some numbness, but I thought it was just a cold. 

Unfortunately, the treatment did not work. Sometimes the numbness was so strong that I was biting my mouth as I could not feel anything. I was becoming more and more anxious so I went to a neurologist appointment. She noticed that something was wrong and referred me for an MRI.

Shortly after, in February, I was admitted to hospital. I underwent a lumbar puncture and it turned out that I am seriously ill...

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. When I heard the diagnosis, I could not believe it. I knew that anyone can suffer from this disease but I did not expect it would happen to me...

I started treatment immediately, but the disease flare-ups continued. For this reason, the doctors decided to change my medication. I have received two dosages of it, but there are also complications in this case. After the first dosage, I collapsed at work and was taken to hospital by an ambulance...

My everyday life is not easy. I find moving around more and more difficult, I get tired quickly and I cannot carry heavy bags with groceries because my fingers do not work properly. I cannot use a ladder due to severe vertigo. I have problems with memory and saying words.

In this situation, my daughter is a great support. She gives me strength in this everyday fight. She helps me and motivates to take action. I want to fight for her sake!

I have always been trying to support others and to be a good person. Together with my daughter, we have been fostering cats, because we love animals. We also have a dog. We do not look the other way when the weaker are suffering because we know that any life situation can suddenly change.

It happened to me... I did not expect that I would be in this situation, but I cannot give up! For this reason, I decided to start a fundraiser. I need support to pay for rehabilitation, medicines and rehabilitation equipment.
