Forced to fight on his own years ago, now needs help!

So far, I have always been copying on my own. I was copying, because I had to. I new that I am alone with my worries and problems. I knew that I could not give up...

In 1993, I lost my mother and brother and it was the time when my new life started. Life in which I could not count on anyone’s help. 

Soon after, my health problems started. Since then, my daily schedule is filled with medical tests and consultations. And despite the fact that I was trying very hard, the problems multiplied. Heart, thyroid, joints... Each diagnosis comes not only with the documents that I have to add to my abundant file with results, but also with fear. Will I be able to manage this on my own this time? I did manage... But the fate decided to place more obstacles in front of me. 

I have been suffering from serious degenerative changes in my lumbar spine and this condition has been taking more and more from me. I am loosing my strength, mobility and hope for a better tomorrow. Please, help me.
