Tragic effects of COVID-19! Help Maria recover!

Our beloved mother and grandmother was hospitalized with covid pneumonia on December 2, her 62nd birthday. The disease progressed very quickly, after a few days her lungs were taken up to 80%! Mom bravely fought for her life. To make matters worse, this was not the end of the bad news. During her hospital stay, she suffered an extensive stroke of the left cerebral hemisphere. As a result, she is completely paralyzed on the right side of her body and has aphasia - she can't speak and doesn't understand everything.

In the last few days the breathing situation has started to improve. We have great hope that in a few weeks it will be possible to start rehabilitation. Neurological therapy, physiotherapy and pulmonary rehabilitation are her greatest hope for recovery. This is our biggest dream. We really want her to be able to speak, understand and move independently. She has many months of expensive rehabilitation ahead of her, maybe for the rest of her life. Please, help us fight for mom's future!
