I am an adult premature baby. I suffer from a genetic defect. The medical name is mandibular and maxillary hypoplasia. It is a defect of the craniofacial skeleton, manifested by a visible jaw deficiency. A defect that seriously hinders my life and functioning. In addition, the doctors found arthropathies of both temporomandibular joints, burdened by the defect and which is manifested by loss of joint functionality, which in the long term may cause permanent disability, and obstructive sleep apnea.
My condition worsens over time.
I have been wearing braces since I was a child, the last one I took off three years ago was supposed to improve my appearance, but it worsened my health even more.

my everyday life is:
- constant pain in the jaw and jaw
-very severe migraines, tinnitus
-difficulty in eating and speaking
- terrible neck pain, back pain, numbness in the hands and arms (from a constant head position forward)
-obstructive sleep apnea, hypoxia through obstruction of the respiratory tract, heart problems
- I'm suffocating with my language (little space in the mouth, blocked airways through the tongue)

The most effective method of treating such a defect is an orthodontic and surgical procedure. After preparation with fixed orthodontic braces (alignment of the teeth), the procedure of cutting the mandibular bone is performed intraoral and it is positioned in the protruding position so that the teeth of the upper and lower jaw fold in correct occlusal conditions.

I collected funds for the operation myself, but after updating the cost estimate, the cost increased by over 100%, which completely exceeds my financial capabilities, and time is very important.

I'm heartbroken.
My mental health is ruined. (I've heard so many cruel comments about my appearance.)
