We appeal to you in the hope that you will be able to help our family in this very difficult period. We have always tried to solve all life problems on our own. But, unfortunately, in this situation we have to ask for help. Our son, Nikita, who is 7 years old, on August 15, 2021, suddenly felt bad. He was hospitalized with partial paralysis and vomiting. Nikita was diagnosed with a brain tumor with hemorrhage, which was removed on 18.08.21 at the Institute of Neurosurgery in Kiev. At discharge, we were diagnosed with anaplastic astrocytoma, stage 3. And the CSD clinic - diagnosed Melanoma Metastasis.
In search of a true diagnosis, we flew to Turkey.
After a complete examination and histology, unfortunately, we were confirmed by a terrible diagnosis - Metastasis of Melanoma, which was later confirmed by Germany. This disease is very rare in children of this age. A Council of Turkish doctors was assembled, about our case, and decisions on further treatment were made . We started a course of radiation therapy and chemistry. But, unfortunately, the child's small organism could not withstand such a load and the child became ill. We were hospitalized on September 30, 21, with a temperature of 40 and poor blood counts.
We are still (03.11.21) fighting for the life of the child in the Memorial Istanbul clinic. The doctors told us that the child's bone marrow is not being restored and that a bone marrow transplant is needed. The cost of this transaction is $ 80,000-130,000. Our son is in serious condition and is not transportable to Ukraine.
Since the disease is very rare and almost no one has experience in treatment, we turned to all doctors in the world, and they told us that they are ready to receive us in Israel, the Sheba clinic, which has experience. But only after the restoration of the child's condition, because he is not transportable now. The cost that Israel billed us was $ 120,000.
All the funds that our family had, the help of friends and acquaintances, unfortunately, have already ended. And we are forced to seek help from all caring people.
