Fundraiser description
My husband and I dreamed of having children. Fate gifted us with a wonderful daughter Kinga. We really wanted her to have a little sister or a little brother. We tried for a really long time... Finally we succeeded, I got pregnant with Olive. Unfortunately, our joy at some point turned into fear when it became clear that I was in danger of losing the pregnancy.
When the 7th month began, I was already lying in the hospital. Doctors hoped to delay the birth by at least 3 weeks... It didn't work out. Olive was born at 28 weeks gestation, weighing only 1240 g. The daughter was supported by oxygen for almost a month. I will never forget how scared we were for her.
Fortunately, today Olive is with us and every day we fight for her fitness. The daughter suffers from cerebral palsy, she has bilateral limbic palsy, quadriplegia and muscle contracture. She has been under the care of many specialists since birth.

Despite adversity, Olive is a cheerful, curious girl. She cooperates willingly in classes and rehabilitation. Her gait is at the level of a one-year-old child, so we are making every effort to work on this area. It is our biggest dream for our daughter to be able to walk in the future.
Doctors give us hope, they say it is possible. However, it takes constant work. We go to classes with Olive every day. We try to provide our daughter with rehabilitation periods, necessary orthoses. Expenses are increasing, but we do not break down. We have to fight for our brave fighter.
We know that we have a long way to go. But for our Olive we will do everything. We wouldn't forgive ourselves if we didn't use every available option. That is why today we are asking for your support. We hope that through our joint efforts, our daughter will one day be independent.
