Kochani!

Marysia Lisiewicz

Nie mamy pojęcia, jak wyrazić naszą wdzięczność. To wszystko dzięki Wam! Dzięki wspaniałym ludziom, którzy nie przeszli obojętnie obok małego serduszka naszej Marysi!

Dziękujemy za każdą złotówkę, każde udostępnienie, każdą modlitwę, każde podarowane ciasto na kiermasz i każdą wyciągnięta dłoń do pomocy przy różnych wydarzeniach.

Kochamy Was i po raz kolejny DZIĘKUJEMY za życie naszej córeczki!

Fundraiser description

Great tears of happiness, and with them huge tears of despair. Our daughter unexpectedly got a chance for a heart surgery to restore a biventricular circulation! For her, it means the possibility of a normal, long life! Unfortunately, we are horrified to know the price of Marysia's life. It is nearly PLN 1.8 million!
Today we are fighting for her future. We fight for everything… Please join us! Let Marysia smile, play with her friends, let she could just LIVE.

Thanks to the goodness of thousands of people, our daughter had the opportunity to be born in a clinic in Münster and had heart surgery there that saved her life. The prolonged difficult situation in the German clinic and the lack of a specific date for the surgery that Marysia is waiting for, coused that we started looking for help in other hospitals around the world.

In Germany, there have been strikes and downtime in clinics for several months. Marysia cannot wait ... Her heart is like a bomb. We cannot let it explode!
Each organism is different, each set of heart defects is a different case. We cannot sit and watch Marysia weaken. Her nails and lips are already blue, saturation drops to 75%! My little daughter sweats while eating, she gets tired quickly. Her body gives signs that the surgery should take place as soon as possible ...

Despite big fear, we decided to do something. We sent Marysia's medical records to many clinics, conducted a lot of talks, consulted several doctors. Suddenly, there was an unexpected chance to recreate our daughter's two-chamber heart! It's something we haven't even dreamed of. For Marysia, it means not only a chance to reach adulthood, but also to reach old age! Such miracles are possible, but they are happening far across the ocean ...

Our Marysia was qualified for heart surgery in Boston. The local doctor Sitaram Emani informed us that in the case of patients with heart defects like Marysia's, they very often try to create a two-chamber heart or at least one and a half-chamber heart! This is an unimaginable chance for our daughter. A chance for life, a chance for the future, a chance to grow up. Before the surgery, it will be necessary to do many tests, including cardiac catheterization. However, we are convinced that the Boston hospital is the best choice, not only because of the proposed surgery, but also great contact and special analysis of the patient's needs. The reconstruction of the two chambers is not possible in any hospital in Poland or Europe.

The cost estimate knocks us off our feet, it is an unimaginable amount. But we will not give up! We believe that with your help we will do everything to give our daughter a chance for a long life!

With a single-chambered heart it can be very different: she could die before her 20th birthday. We reckoned with it, but now, when there was hope for two chambers, we decided to fight for it with all our strength!

We are begging you, let our Marysia get a chance for two working chambers. For a heart that will beat the rhythm of life for a very long time ...
Marysia has suffered so much, she spent long weeks in hospitals, participated in exhausting rehabilitation classes, visited many doctors' offices. She still does not walk alone, she does not have the strength to have a long play. But in her smile there is such great hope for a better tomorrow ...

Please, if you are reading this, help us. Make our daughter finally enjoy her childhood and life thanks to you. Any child, any human should suffer like this ... Be with us this time.
