Staś urodził się z bardzo rzadką wadą❗️Potrzebna niezwykle kosztowna operacja – pomocy❗️

Our little son Staś was born with a very rare congenital defect of the right ear – third-degree microtia with atresia of the auditory canal. This means that Staś has a rudimentary auricle, and his auditory canal is undeveloped and completely fused, resulting in profound hearing loss, which is associated with various problems in speech development and physical development...

Staś's unilateral hearing primarily causes an inability to properly locate sound, and in the future, it may also cause posture defects, vision problems, or lack of orientation in space.

We fight daily for Staś's proper development through rehabilitation. At the moment, Staś wears a bone conduction hearing aid, which helps him with sound stimulation, but this is not a final and sufficient solution.

Hope for improving Staś's appearance and hearing comes from a costly operation in the USA, which would allow for the reconstruction of the auricle and the rebuilding of the auditory canal, enabling our son to experience the world in all its sounds.

Unfortunately, the cost of the surgery is huge – amounting to as much as 500,000 PLN! We are unable to bear such a tremendous financial burden on our own, but we know it is the only chance for our beloved son to fully enjoy health and functionality.
