Death in the child’s eyes. We can’t stop the treatment!

My dears, we have to rely again on your good hearts and your help. We are running out of money for the treatment of our son. The beginning of the year brought the worst news -  recurrence on both eyes. The doctors have decided on the next  intra-arterial chemotherapy to save the life and eyesight of Stan.

The cost of the treatment is very high. Hence, we have to be prepared for whatever might happen and be able to pay for extra examinations abroad, which unfortunately cost large sums of money.

We are calling for help from New York where everyday we fight for the life of our little warrior. The hospital has become our second home. We must do everything possible for our son to recover. Doctors in New York are doing everything they can to make our son win the fight with the illness. Unfortunately, this type of cancer tends to come back and we can not let it take the life our son. We will fight for our son and will do our best to make him recover and enjoy life to the full.

Two weeks after the birth of Stas, we heard the diagnosis - we found out that the eye of our son had been attacked and with time it attacked both eyes. Further examination results broke our hearts into pieces.  We had no time for despair, though. Our fight  and chemotherapy started immediately. We prayed that the poison killed the cancer, not our beloved son.

After a few more cycles of chemotherapy, blood transfusion was necessary. Our son is only 14 months old and has gone through so much. We live in constant fear for his health and life. We are looking forward to further examinations and pray that the tumors become inactive and our son no longer suffers and can enjoy happy childhood at home, not in hospital. 

Our faith is not enough, however. Stas needs the treatment which is possible only in the United States. Stan has had 5 cycles of systemic chemotherapy, 5 cycles of  intra-arterial chemotherapy and a few laser treatments. Unfortunately, each next examination shows more tumors.

In the coming weeks we will need a few miracles to happen - thanks to Siępomaga foundation the first miracle happened! We have gone abroad and we are fighting for the health and life of our son. Today we are asking you for further help. We have to collect the enormous sum of money needed to continue the treatment. We are begging you for help which will enable the continuation treatment of our son.

The cancer has attacked both eyes of our son - we can not wait any longer. The second chance will probably not happen so we are asking for your support in the fight for the eyesight and the life of our son. Nothing is like it was supposed to be but there is a chance… We do believe that thanks to the big efforts we are making and with your help more miracles will happen.
