Fundraiser description
Our daughter is born at the 28th week of pregnancy, with 750g weight. In her fourth month, the doctors diagnosed Amelka stenosis of the larynx and a tracheostomy tube was placed. At now 3 years old it's her only way to breathe and she cannot speak.
Amelka is currently under the care of a home hospice. A doctor from a University Hospital in Switzerland (CHUV) gave us hope with booking surgery and hospitalization of Amelka from the 25th August. She needs surgery - laryngeal plastic surgery. A complicated and expensive operation - the only one that can change something.
The amount we have to pay exceeds the financial capacity of our family. If we want to use this life-changing chance, a deposit is expected before Amelka's hospitalization. And this is the exact amount we are trying to collect. We do need your help.
