Fundraiser description
My niece, Vanessa, is a young girl who has her whole life in front of her. On November 20, 2023, she suffered a terrible accident that left her seriously injured - she lost three fingers in her right hand. I am asking you for support from the bottom of my heart!
Last year, Vanessa graduated from a technical school of logistics. Due to a lack of career opportunities, she became a manual worker - she wanted to become independent as quickly as possible and settle down with her boyfriend.
That's when the tragic accident happened. One of the machines at work sucked in Vanessa's hand! Fortunately, Vanessa managed to pull it out before losing her entire limb. She was rushed to the hospital, where she underwent a finger amputation and a skin graft (since the machine had ripped off a part of it).
It's a terrible experience, especially for a young girl. Thankfully, Vanessa is handling it well. It is amazing how brave and positive she is about the whole situation and how eager she is to regain her fitness! She's even learned how to write with her left hand!
Vanessa requires a specialized bionic prosthesis that would mimic the functions of her right hand. Unfortunately, it is expensive - it costs ca. 150,000 zlotys! My niece's expenses are already high - traveling to the hospital and rehabilitation costs a lot of money. She also has siblings, so the family budget is limited.

Vanessa is friendly, helpful, and hard-working. She loves to cook, bake, and take care of animals. She's also interested in the art of make-up and manicure. Vanessa and I are very close - I will do my best to help her, and so will our whole family!
Please support us in our battle for Vanessa's recovery! Together, we can work miracles and give her hope for a better future! Any donation will be much appreciated!
