W związku z różnorodnym i wieloetapowym procesem leczenia środki, które udało się zebrać do końca października, zostały zabezpieczone na leczenie Weroniki. Uruchamiamy drugą zbiórkę, by móc w pełni wykorzystać wszystkie możliwości terapii i rozwoju naszego dziecka.

Veronica was born prematurely at 24 weeks of pregnancy. She weighed as little as 650 grams. From the very beginning, she’s been brave, fighting to survive each day. Our baby daughter was diagnosed with retinopathy, which took away one of the most precious senses—her vision. Additionally, Veronica also suffers from cerebral palsy. 

To be able to develop correctly and get to know the world around her, she requires intensive physical therapy and therapeutic support from multiple specialists. 

Veronica has been qualified for innovative eye treatment for children with cerebral palsy, called oculomotor biofeedback therapy. It offers her a great chance to exercise the proper areas of the cortex. Currently, there are only two medical centers in Poland that offer that kind of therapy. Veronica will undergo treatment in Poznan since Wrocław has already been booked. 

Veronica requires daily rehabilitation, and I had to stay on maternity leave to focus on her treatment. We cannot afford the cost of therapy, that’s why we ask you for support. We want to allow Veronica to develop normally. Only you can make it happen!
