The will to fight is not enough ... To live Agnieszka needs our help!

Agnieszka Litwiniuk-Glura – wife, mother of 2 small boys, our dearest friend.

She always put other people before her needs, helped everyone and all who got to know her see her as a bright, kind and open person.

How much the life of Aga and her relatives changed, it is unimaginable. The diagnosis of glioblastoma changed the life of the whole family in a blink of an eye.

A moment ago she had plans, dreams and the conviction that she would have many years to make them happen. Today she and her family are involved in a race for their lives, fighting desperately ...

Last year, Agnieszka had her first epilepsy attack - during a family dinner. Ambulance, hospital and fear. This fear, which she then felt for the first time, accompanies her till today. The doctors found that a deadly opponent had been developing for months in Aga’s head, that it was wreaking havoc in her body silently and then it attacked when no one expected it.

Agnieszka quickly underwent surgery to remove the tumour, followed by radio and chemotherapy. She is at the end of her chemotherapy treatment now. She experienced almost impossible pain and paralyzing fear, all to return to her children and husband, relatives and friends, as soon as possible.

In hope for a happy ending, Agnieszka needs a complicated treatment called immunotherapy. She was qualified for antibodies therapy in Cologne, Germany, but although it is very necessary, it is also incredibly expensive – approximately 70.000 EUR. It is a price for her life that her family cannot pay themselves.

Time is running out with every second ...

Grusel – wie sehr sich das Leben von Aga und ihren Verwandten, in einem Moment verändert hat. Wie sehr, diese Krankheit-Glioblastom sie verändert hat. Vorhin hatten sie Pläne, Träume und die Überzeugung, dass sie viele Jahre Zeit hatten, diese umzusetzen .  Heute führen sie einen Wettlauf um ihr Leben!

Kämpfen verzweifelt ...

Im vergangenen Jahr hatte Agnieszka ihren ersten Epilepsie-Anfall – während eines Familienessens. Krankenwagen, Krankenhaus und Angst. Diese Angst, die wir damals zum ersten Mal verspürten, begleitet uns bis heute. Einen Moment später fanden wir heraus, dass Aga monatelang eine tödliche Gegnerin entwickelt hatte, dass er schweigend und versteckt in ihrem Körper Chaos anrichtete und dann angriff, als ihn niemand erwartete.

Agnieszka wurde schnell operiert, um den Tumor zu entfernen, gefolgt von einer Radio- und Chemotherapie. Sie erlebte fast unmögliche Schmerzen und gelähmte Angst, um so schnell wie möglich zu ihren Kindern, Verwandten und Freunden zurückzukehren. Dies ist jedoch nicht das Ende des Kampfes, sondern sein Anfang. Denn jeden Tag kann es zu einem weiteren Anfall von Epilepsie kommen – und leider kommt er.

Um auf ein Happy End zu hoffen, braucht Agnieszka eine komplizierte Behandlung. Sie wurde in Köln für die Therapie qualifiziert, aber obwohl es sehr notwendig ist, ist es auch unglaublich teuer... Es ist ein Preis für das Leben, den wir nicht selbst bezahlen können.  Bitte hilf uns!

La voglia di combattere non basta... Per vivere Agnieszka ha bisogno di vostro aiuto!

Diagnosi: tumore maligno al cervello, epilessia.

Obiettivo: trattamento del glioblastoma -  immunoterapia in Germania.

E’ terrificante pensare a come sia velocemente la vita di Agnieszka e dei suoi cari.

Un attimo prima avevano dei piani, dei sogni e delle certezze e molti anni davanti per realizzarli. Oggi invece si ritrovano coinvolti in una corsa per la vita, e lottano disperatamente…

Lo scorso anno Agnieszka ha avuto il suo primo attacco epilettico, durante una cena in famiglia. Ambulanza, ospedale e paura. Quella paura non ci ha lasciati da allora.

Poco dopo abbiamo scoperto che nella testa di Agnieszka si sviluppava da mesi un avversario mortale, che silenziosamente e di nascosto devastava il suo organismo, e che ha attaccato quando nessuno se lo aspettava.

Agnieszka ha subito subito un’operazione per rimuovere il tumore, e dopo è stata sottoposta a radioterapia e chemioterapia. 

Ha provato un dolore quasi insopportabile e una paura paralizzante, tutto per tornare al più presto dai suoi figli, dai suoi cari e amici.

Tuttavia questa non è la fine della battaglia, ma solo il suo inizio.

Perché ogni giorno può arrivare un attacco di epilessia, e ciò accade spesso.

Per sperare in un lieto fine, Agnieszka ha bisogno di una terapia molto complicata. E’ risultata idonea per una terapia a Colonia, in Germania. Tuttavia essa è incredibilmente costosa…E’ un prezzo per la vita che non siamo in grado di coprire da soli. Aiutaci a farlo!
