❤️❤️❤️ My Dear Friends - I never asked for help but now it’s time that I really feel like I need you!!!!! This is for Bartus Bojarzynski from Poland. He is my Elementary School Teacher’s grandson. ONLY 2 DAYS LEFT so PLEASE HELP!!! They still need 20,000 so it’s around $5,500. Every penny counts so please help if you can His scheduled surgery supposed to take place in April in Boston. ❤️If you have friends with good hearts please share ❤️Every penny can help save this boys life. Below is a statement from the little boy’s parents:
“Our son Bartosz was born with a very complex and uncommon heart defect that consists of four serious deficiencies: L-TGA (congenitally corrected transposition of the great arteries), VSD (ventricular septal defect), PS (pulmonary stenosis), Tricuspid valve regurgitation.
His case is extremely rare and happened only to 0,0025% newborns with heart defects. We recently found out that Bartosz has to be operated within the next month, otherwise his health will be at serious risk. There is a very limited number of cardiac surgeons worldwide that have sufficient expertise and knowledge to help our son.
The only surgery that can save our son's heart is the complex Double Switch surgery.
There is a very limited number of cardiac surgeons in the world who can help our son. Unfortunately, none of them operate in Poland. The double switch surgery is very rare and complex. Its purpose is to properly connect the chambers of the heart and the great vessels that carry blood to and from the heart. Lack of the surgery is a threat to our son's life. The right ventricle is not designed to support the systemic circulation, which means that it is becoming weaker every day. Furthermore, the defect of the tricuspid valve is worsening Bartek’s condition even more. In the short term, this will lead to hypoxia and will damage Bartek’s right chamber of the heart.
We are still confirming the final cost of the surgery, but we already know that we will not be able to cover this huge expense ourselves, that’s why we would like to ask for your help. Even your small donation can help to save our son’s health. We would really appreciate your support. “
