Suffering after sepsis continues... Help Kubuś!

My son was only 18 months old when he contracted sepsis! He barely survived that cruel illness. His condition was getting worse second by second, and the doctors gave him no chance of survival. I was scared to death that I would lose my son! Although they saved his life, SEPSIS took its toll on him - permanent and visible scars on his body. 

We've been struggling with these dramatic consequences of the disease for years. Soon, my son will have to undergo expensive surgery, so I am asking you for support from the bottom of my heart!

Due to sepsis, the doctors had to amputate the toes in both of his lower limbs and partially in his upper limbs! My son's body is also covered with numerous scars. Those scars, both emotional and physical, will never be healed. Today, we are fighting for his recovery! 

My son is only 9 years old and has already gone through so much. The pain has taken over his life. I am heartbroken when I think about how much he suffered in the past and how much he must still endure in the future. 

If it hadn't been for Dr Paley, my child wouldn't have had a chance for recovery. Thanks to his treatment, Kubuś can achieve physical fitness! Although my son has already undergone three surgeries, he still requires another to complete the therapy.

The doctor will perform the fibula, elbow, calf, and left foot surgery, which will cost ca. 70,000 zlotys! 

As a parent, I am not giving up hope, though, and believe that Kubuś will regain his fitness and, more importantly, avoid life-threatening osteomyelitis! 

I wish my son could have a normal life unaffected by sepsis side effects. Therefore,  I have been fighting to make all these surgeries happen. I will never give up! The day I held my dying child in my arms, I swore to myself I would not let death take him and would do everything to save his life and make it normal. 

Kubuś is the apple of my eye, and I will do my best to enable his recovery and future independence. That's all I dream about! I must ask you for help to spare my son more suffering. Can you offer Kubuś a chance for a normal life? Please, do not be indifferent and stay with us!
