Malignant cancer during pregnancy! Treatment isn’t working… Save Oliwia❗️

My fiancée, Oliwia, is fighting for her life. During her pregnancy, she was diagnosed with kidney cancer… Our daughter Emilka was born prematurely so that Oliwia could begin comprehensive treatment. Unfortunately, no therapy is working… I am searching for a way to save the woman I love and I’m begging you for help!

At the end of October, cancer was suspected. We tried to stay calm because nothing indicated it was a dangerous tumor. However, the situation began to worsen dramatically… The tumor could not be removed due to the pregnancy.

It was decided that Oliwia had to give birth earlier than planned. Our tiny daughter, Emilka, was born on December 3rd, at 32 weeks of pregnancy. Sadly, this happened under the shadow of immense fear for her mother’s life. We had imagined this day very differently, but the most important thing is that everything went well. Although I was very worried, I thought to myself: “Now everything will be fine, and the treatment will help defeat the cancer.”

Unfortunately, metastases were found in Oliwia’s lymph nodes and lungs, and a tumor thrombus appeared in the vena cava. She underwent surgery to remove the kidney, lymph node metastases, and the tumor thrombus. It was a very extensive operation, performed in Kraków. Sadly, the nodules in the lungs could not be removed because they were too widespread.

The removed kidney tumor was enormous – it weighed 1900 grams! Only 300 grams less than our newborn baby…

After the surgery, Oliwia began systemic treatment – immunotherapy. After four doses, a CT scan was performed. The results devastated us – it turned out that the treatment was not working at all. On the contrary, the disease is progressing. Metastases have appeared in the liver, and there is a large amount of cancer-related fluid in the pleural cavity. A drainage procedure was performed and a new medication was introduced. We are waiting for the next steps – Oliwia may soon begin another round of chemotherapy.

Our life was supposed to look completely different. The first months with our long-awaited child, whom we wanted so much. We were thinking about our wedding and our future plans. We believed we had our whole lives ahead of us – that we would spend them together. And now, my beloved is fighting for her life…

Right now, I am taking care of Emilka, and I often think about how this poor little child has no idea what tragedy is unfolding around her. She is a healthy, cheerful girl. She needed many medical consultations because she was born prematurely, but now everything is okay.

I don’t want to stand by and do nothing, which is why I decided to start this fundraiser to collect money for Oliwia’s treatment. I am contacting clinics all over the world to learn about possible treatment options. We must be prepared for enormous expenses, so we cannot wait. We also want Oliwia to undergo extended genetic testing that could help identify targeted therapy.

From the bottom of my heart, I ask for your support for Oliwia! We cannot let anything happen to her! Our daughter cannot grow up without her mother!
