How to pledge your tax via your e-PIT (online personal income tax) ?
1. When completing the settlement form, click "Select a charity" option.
2. Next, on the list of the charities please search for "SIEPOMAGA FOUNDATION" or enter KRS number "0000396361".
3. In the "1,5% Individual fundraiser" field please specify a Person in need, in this case "0118885 Ilona".
