Helping a brave little girl fight SMA
Hi everyone, I’m reaching out today for a cause very close to my heart.

The guy in the front with the purple umbrella is me - and the wonderful people behind me are my dear friends and their brave daughter, Milena (she’s the one in the pink coat). I'm sharing this because I've seen firsthand how hard this family fights every single day.
Milena is battling SMA Type 2 (Spinal Muscular Atrophy), a genetic disease that causes her muscles to grow weaker over time. Imagine a world where your muscles slowly stop responding, making even standing or playing a challenge. Right now, she is facing worsening contractures in her legs and spine, making it harder for her to walk even with braces.
Her parents are doing everything possible, but the cost of the specialized medical equipment and intensive rehabilitation 'camps' she needs to stay mobile is overwhelming.
I’ve set up a 'Money Box' on the official Polish fundraising site Siepomaga to show them they have a village of support from across the ocean.
How to help:
Click 'Donate' (Wesprzyj): The site is in Polish, but it accepts US Credit Cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.The 'Exchange' Factor: Because of the exchange rate, a $25 donation is about 100 PLN in Poland - it goes a surprisingly long way toward her therapy.
Thank you for helping my friend’s daughter fight for her independence and her future.
