Bardzo wierzyliśmy, że jesteśmy w stanie wrócić do normalnego życia w Polsce i moc sprowadzać lek dla Lenki. Niestety jest to dla nas niemożliwe. Cena za importu leku jest prawie dwukrotnie wyższa niż zakup w USA. W ten sposób żyjemy na dwa kontynenty próbując pogodzić terapię Lenki, nasze życie w Polsce z kontrolą i leczeniem w Stanach. Kiedyś zliczmy wszystkie przebyte przez nas kilometry, ale teraz chcemy ponownie stanąć do symbolicznego challengu drogi z Wrocławia do Houston, która stała się dla nas częścią życia. Ten challange dedykujemy innym dziewczynkom, których rodziny zbierają na lek, aby mogły już leczyć się w Polsce. Walczymy o świadomość choroby w Polsce,  o to żebyśmy mieli równe szanse na leczenie!

 

Zbieramy dla Lenki wirtualne kilometry a przy okazji zasilamy kwotę na 1 butelkę syropu wystarczającą na 9 dni leczenia Leny! 

Z domu Leny pod Wrocławiem do kliniki w Houston jest 8900km. Na wyzwanie i tym razem mamy tylko 48 godzin. Biegamy, chodzimy, jeździmy na rowerze, na zewnątrz i w siłowni- gdziekolwiek jesteś, każdy kilometr się liczy - możemy liczyć na sponsorów jeśli tylko uzbieramy pełen dystans :)

Zapisy na stronie wwww.prettylena.pl ruszą już od 1 października: 

Wpisowe: 45 zł to koszt 0,5 ml syropu.

Wyniki wraz z informacją o wybranej aktywności (bieg, nordic lub rower) przesyłamy na adres: pretty.lena.2023@gmail.com lub poprzez formularz na stronie www.prettylena.pl.

Wystarczy zrzut ekranu z dowolnej aplikacji jakiej używasz, jako udokumentowanie dystansu przed sponsorami :) W czasie trwania wyzwania możemy przesłać dowolną ilość aktywności, w różnych kategoriach. Dla najlepszych zbieraczy kilometrów, ale też tych losowych w swoich kategoriach rozlosujemy nagrody, a dla nas największą będzie śledzenie postępu samolotu Leny w drodze po butelkę syropu!

We had high hopes that we could return to a normal life in Poland and continue to bring medication for Lenka. Unfortunately, it's just not possible. The cost of importing the medication is almost twice as high as buying it in the USA. So, we find ourselves living on two different continents, trying to juggle Lenka's therapy, our life in Poland, and the treatment she receives in the United States. One day, we'll count all the kilometers we've traveled, but now, we want to take up a symbolic challenge once more – the journey from Wrocław to Houston, which has become an integral part of our lives. This challenge is dedicated to other girls who are raising funds for their medication, so that they and their families can undergo treatment in Poland. We're advocating for disease awareness in Poland, striving for equal opportunities in access to treatment for all!

We are collecting virtual kilometers for Lenka and at the same time contributing the amount for 1 bottle of syrup enough for 9 days of Lena's treatment! 

From Lena's home near Wroclaw to the clinic in Houston is 8900km. For the challenge and this time we have only 48 hours. We are running, walking, biking, outdoors and in the gym-wherever you are, every kilometer counts-we can count on sponsors if we collect the full distance :)

pRETTy Lena Challenge 2 (www.siepomaga.pl/pretty-lena-challenge2 ) -be sure to sign up, and it is said to be easier to run after a bigger transfer ;)

Registration at wwww.prettylena.pl will start from October 1: 

Entry fee: PLN 45 is the cost of 0.5 ml of syrup.

Send the results along with information about the chosen activity (run, Nordic or bike) to: pretty.lena.2023@gmail.com or through the form at www.prettylena.pl.

All you need is a screenshot from whatever app you use, as documentation of the distance in front of the sponsors :) During the challenge we can submit as many activities as we want, in different categories. We will draw prizes for the best kilometer's collectors, but also those random in their categories, and the biggest one for us will be to follow the progress of Lena's plane on its way to get a bottle of syrup!
