Koleżanki i koledzy,

Zostaliśmy nominowani do #gaszynchallenge. W akcji chodzi o wsparcie finansowe w leczeniu dzieci z SMA. My chcemy „pompować” dla Olka.

Zasady są bardzo proste, osoby nominowane muszą wykonać 10 pompek lub przysiadów. Jeżeli wykonają ćwiczenie, wpłacają minimum 5 zł, jeżeli nie, wpłacają minimum 10 zł na konto Olka.

Pomóżmy Olkowi zawalczyć o życie.

Dear Partners,

We have been nomitated for the #gaszynchallenge. It aims to raise funds for treating SMA in children. We have chosen to do push-ups for Olek.

The rules are very simple. Whoever gets nominated must do 10 push-ups or sit-ups. If they complete the exercise, they contribute a minimum of PLN 5 to Olek’s account. If they do not, they contribute a minimum of PLN 10 instead.

Let’s help Olek fight for his life.

In der Aktion geht es um finanzielle Unterstützung bei der Behandlung von Kindern mit SMA.

Die Regeln sind sehr einfach. Die Nominierten müssen 10 Liegestütze oder Kniebeugen machen. Wenn sie die Übung machen, zahlen mindestens 5 PLN auf das Konto von Olek ein, wenn nicht, zahlen da mindestens 10 PLN ein.
