Skarbonka została założona z inicjatywy organizatora, który odpowiada za jej treść.
Zastanówmy się ile dziennie wydajemy pieniędzy na niepotrzebne nam rzeczy? Ile na nasze zachcianki, drogie jedzenie w restauracjach, napiwki? Ile pieniędzy inwestujemy w gry losowe licząc na szczęście?
Pomyślmy ile dobrego może zrobić nasza jedna złotówka. Ona dla rodziców chorych dzieci jest krokiem na przód w walce o ich życie.
Pamiętajmy, że każda złotówka się tutaj liczy. My nie odczujemy jej braku na swoim koncie, w przeciwieństwie do rodziców dla których każda wpłata jest ogromną pomocą.
Potrzebujemy ogromnej mobilizacji i ogromnej pomocy, by i tym razem się udało! Naszym największym wrogiem jest czas, bo dzieci rosną, a przekroczenie wagi 13,5 kg spowoduje, że bezpowrotnie stracą one szansę na zatrzymanie SMA!
Czym jest SMA?
SMA to rdzeniowy zanik mięśni, polegający na stopniowym zaniku mięśni, który prowadzi do upośledzenia większości czynności życiowych.
Jakie są rokowania osób z SMA?
W przypadku braku odpowiedniego leczenia najczęściej życie dziecka kończy się jego śmiercią przed ukończeniem 2-go roku życia.
Ile kosztuje życie dziecka z SMA?
9 mln, dlaczego? Taką cenę detaliczną za lek na SMA ustalił producent.

17 children with SMA were left without reimbursement for gene therapy that could save their lives, eg. the most expensive drug in the world! “We are devastated because we already know that the state will not pay for the therapy our children's genes"
The Ministry of Health has released the latest guidelines for the treatment of children with SMA. Only children up to 6 months of age diagnosed can get treatment, as a result of this government program.
On August 23rd, at the press conference of the Minister of Health, the criteria for the refunds and rules were announced. For these seventeen families it was the beginning of a drama that still continues! Children who are left without treatment, are in the most difficult situation because they are running out of time to administer medicine!
13.5 kilograms - this weight cannot be exceeded by any sick child otherwise the chance for healing will be lost forever! This is the rigid criteria of the drug program. "NO, we cannot allow children who do not qualify for reimbursement to lose out, perhaps the only chance for a normal life!”
The nationwide fundraiser for SMA therapy is a chance for each of these little patients.
The collected funds will be divided among those children who need to collect it for gene therapy. Each of the 17 children needs over 9 millio to start treatment!
*As part of the #wykluczenieSMA campaign, we collect funds to fund collections of children with SMA who have active collections on Siepomaga.pl, who have not qualified for therapy in Poland and are still collecting funds for this purpose.
